Product or service reviewed: Check A/C unit

Another 5 Star experience! We were experiencing the temperature increasing in our house yesterday (heat index outside of 103) and I panicked. I called Edwards and Crystal said she would pass on the info to Keith but to keep in mind they were extremely busy. Keith showed up in less than two hours to discover the problem was my fault. He got us straightened out and was very kind to this old man that should have kept his hands off of something he knows nothing about. You would have to pay me some big bucks to get me to switch to another heat and air company. Thanks Keith!!!

Product or service reviewed: Payne Heat Pump

Our 15 year old heat pump could not keep the home cool or removed moisture well. Edwards installed a new unit. Home is cool and comfortable! Kieth ,Dawn(s). Trever, Cody and AJ, are all quick to response and straight forward. Very good price for the service. Thank You!
